Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. Approved returns will receive a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the unwanted item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
